My experience at this shop was very disappointing. A staff member initially provided me with the wrong size for an item. When I returned to exchange it, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to process a refund, even though I could not find a suitable replacement item. He disavowed responsibility for the initial mistake, claiming it was the my fault. The overall service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this business.

Clothes are good and have variety, only go there if you don't find your choice in other part of market, as this one is expensive compared to others.

Bad experience. They sold me the large size dress for my 11mnth old baby, when I visited for the exchange, they didn't exchanged saying it's the used item, where I jst did a trial for the dress, and I explained them how can it be used when it's very large for the baby. I didn't checked it so carefully while buying it, later they noticed the spots or what in it, it means they sold me the used one. Insensible n uncooperative staff.
