Very poor service and high money demand he only check my bike handle and charge 550+18 gst separately and only cash demanded I don't have cash he is want 18+ gst + 550 rupees extra

Very pathetic staff. They are highly unprofessional. Very pathetic behaviour with customers. They can't handle the customer and their service charge is very high.They try to cheat customers

Extremely bad experience at Suri Auto Works (Shop No. F-89/1, Near Virender Ngr Janak Puri, Opposite Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Lal Sai Marg, Janakpuri – 110058). The service is pathetic, and they even force customers not to take a proper GST invoice, which is highly unprofessional and unethical. Staff behaviour is rude, and the owner Gopal Suri himself is extremely unprofessional—always eating, talking rubbish, and showing no respect to customers. Totally unreliable and not recommended at all.

If you want to be humiliated then you must visit this store. The owner is pathetic person and disgusting.He will try to replace and sell even working parts. Once work is done he will simply denied online payment. He will forced you to go to atm ( and u hv to go if u don’t have cash) . He put trikund on her forehead but believe me he is worst ever person u will meet. He sell by Cash only. Even his employee said that he everyday fight with 50 person. Actually he enjoyed verbal conflicts with his customer.

The owner’s behaviour was not satisfactory. I would suggest not taking your bike here for any kind of service.
