Just visited bank, manager was absent. I requested to meet any other Sr person as I want to shift bank from haldwani to Delhi... But the madam poonam is so rude and unprofessional. She looks with blank mind and says computer not working... She even dnt listen. And after says go to previous bank but she is totally unprofessional .. Pls check into the matter.. People like her gives bad name to bank

Crowdy, passbook entry machine is not working . My passbook entry is done before 1 year. Damaged structure. I want a form to apply new chip ATM form , security guard send me on counter 4 and counter 4 is empty. Look condition. 11:20am 29/03/2019. Thank you for your service

Recent i visti this branch I feel this is the wrost experience i had ever with punjab national public the staff is too misguiding and they have no proper knowledge about bank rules

Staff is short and work is more but we should also try to adjust. I took off and went to bank as my account trash due to excess limit for opening my paytm on 5/1 and it's still not working but I know hu jaiga
