These service center named as express service center, can't have the spare parts required for road safety..headlight unavailable since 1 week..paid for the service including labor charge still service not done properly..every now and then I am being given execuses..horrifying experience 🫡
Very bad bike hero and very bad service
Very bad service, they took out petrol from my bike almost like 2 liters also they didn't wash and polish my bike properly, when i asked them why you took out my petrol from my bike? So firstly they answered me that they were stocked out from there own cleaning agent so they uses my bike's petrol and later they are saying they are doing this for all the bikes but in your case we forgot to inform you i prior. Very bad service i ever had at any hero authorized service centers.
Good service and friendly staff. But they are not able to wok perfectly in self system. Other all things are good. They don't stock of spare parts. They are washing very clean...
