Got my delivery today. After some misunderstanding. All staff and customer handeling persons are well behaved and helpful. Also promised quick resolution for future issues,if faced any.Thanks a lot

I asked to the security person who was sitting behind the showroom that is Service centre open or not because i need to purchased some spare parts form there , The person rudely say don't know, talk with showroom person after that say half sutter means closed, don't no. I don't know is he taking any commission from outside shop or not but this massage for owner , Is it happened with everyone, That can pull down your reputation from 100 to 0. Now a day Castomar have a too many options, choise is yours. And 4 Star for your Sales person👍

I'd like to bring to your attention that your showroom seems to have only one person handling Bajaj Chetak servicing. It's surprising that a showroom of this size has limited personnel for servicing. As a suggestion, consider hiring more staff to manage the workload. When I called for servicing, I was informed that the person wasn't available and was asked to call back the next day. It took multiple attempts to get someone to pick up the phone. I appreciate the vehicle itself but the service experience has been disappointing. Could you please improve the servicing for Chetak customer.

A complete showroom of Bajaj bikes. Almost every colour variant is available in each model. Staff behaviour is very polite. Staff reply to every single question with patience. I've bought NS 125. Within 2 hours they prepared the bike and did all the paper work. Nice experience.

Very very disappointing behaviour from the front RM (lady). I went there to check new bike as my dad had purchased from there previously. But they even don't bother to talk to me. Several time I've asked about the price and availability of that model but I don't know how they are thinking about customers . They are not beggers atleast, there is no other bajaj showroom in burdwan that's why you guys are alive. If continues it will ruin your reputation surely. I would like to beg attention of the owner in this matter and work on it. Just behave like a salesman that's enough customers are not asking you to be their relative. Very very unprofessional immature behaviour from Saluja Bajaj.
