Very good behaviour of owner. I purchase tata Nexon tyres at very low prices and get wheel balancing and alignment for free.

Extremely rude and egoistic behavior! I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this MRF Tyre dealer in Budh Vihar. The staff, especially the main guy Owner, was shockingly rude and arrogant. Forget basic manners, he behaves like he's doing customers a favor by even talking to them. Asked a simple question about tyre options and prices, and he replied with so much attitude you'd think he's running NASA, not a tyre shop. Zero professionalism, no patience, and absolutely no respect for customers. If you value your time, money, and dignity, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Plenty of decent MRF dealers around. this one is just not worth the headache.

Got tyres with 18% gst at new prices. Owner is too good and give gst benifits. Owner and his son both are superb and I am purchasing tyres from them since 2015. They are providing best advice to the customers.
