Ordered a cake for a special occasion, but received a disgusting surprise - spoiled bread inside! Despite numerous attempts to contact the owner, I was ignored. No apology, no refund, no accountability. Unbelievable! Beware: Poor quality control and atrocious customer service. Avoid this shop at all costs! Owner younger brother - Furkan is just running the fake business in which they are just selling rubbish in the name of 50% off on Zomato.
I ordered cake for my friend’s birthday from this bakery through Zomato and it was stale and tried to contact them but no response. Spoked to the owner but he is not responding and there is no help from zomato. Order from this bakery only if you wanna spoil someone’s special day.
