A few months ago, I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and washing machine. At the time of purchase, the washing machine shown to me was in good condition, but the unit delivered to my address was defective. When I contacted the seller, instead of taking responsibility, they told me to directly speak with Samsung customer support. Their staff spoke very rudely and clearly refused to help, saying they could not replace the washing machine just because I live on the top floor. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a very bad experience overall. In the end, I had to resolve the issue on my own with the help of Samsung customer support. I expected much better service after purchasing premium products, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend buying from this seller due to poor service and lack of accountability.
