We had an agreement and the guy refused to sell me the disk because the other shops were selling it at a premium.

I would advice to go to the shop to buy because you can see first hand what quality of product you are purchasing. Purchasing over phone opting hone delivery will be disappointing. I had purchased a ps2 slim used and had requested for 2 original controller. All promises were made but on delivery it turned out that controllers were not original. Now the owner has stopped responding to whatsapp, let alone the calls. The other people from the shop who helped me with the testing and setup of the PS2 have nothing to say Any console gamer would be able to tell by looking at the images that this is not original. Logo is smudged and on the connector “sony” logo is also missing. The quality of the controller’s body itself feels cheap

(Pathetic service of Kalra Electronics) I had bought a PS4 fat model from Kalra electronics and later after 6 months power IC was short on motherboard, I took PS4 to shop back they asked me to leave it their as they will send it somewhere else to get repair they don’t do it themselves and later they charged me 3,800 Rs for the repair and after that the controllers stopped connecting wirelessly and needs a cable connection also they did not clean the console from inside neither changed thermal paste after opening the console, after the repair I checked it once for few mins it was running and I thought it is now working and I moved back to Mumbai and after 1 month I turned on my PS4 and now it is giving the same blue light of death issue, I took it to reputed repair shop and they told me that the previous technician have damaged the motherboard by leaving flux on the motherboard while soldering power IC and neither they cleaned it or change thermal paste as they opened the console and charged me a hefty price of 3,800 Rs which is not worth for power IC repair and now when I called them and informed about this issue they deny it entirely saying we gave it to you in working condition, I had gave it to them fix all the issue and repair it, now they say send it to them or bring it from Mumbai to Delhi and they will send it again to those who repaired it and they will let me know how much they are going to cost more to repair it. THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY PS4 for 15,500 Rs and then after 6 months charged me 3,800 Rs to repair it which they did not repair completely infact made it worse and now asking me to invest more to get it repaired. PATHETIC SERVICE, FRAUD DEALERS, SCAMMERS (Not being on their word) I WILL NEVER BUY OR REPAIR ANYTHING FROM KALRA ELECTRONICS NEITHER WILL SUGGEST ANYONE.
