Very disappointing experience. The owner has a lot of attitude and absolutely no sense of how to deal with customers—completely lacking in basic manners. He behaves as if he's giving away products for free, rather than running a business. On top of that, the employees, while polite, try to sell poor-quality products. Overall, it's not a place I would recommend.

One refrigerator of Samsung was purchase by me from Prit vihar vikas marg branch some where in 2021 worth Rs 50k and I also take extended warranty for two years from them. There's sales service is okay but post sales service is very bad and very rude response of staff. I have made complaint for refrigerator but after 30 hours no response no complaint number from them and staff is not giving satisfactory reply. I am facing this problem second time. I will not recommend to buy product from them if you need smoothly post sales service. Satish Juneja I have call several times to customer care but till the time no response no call received. I have just checked with Samsung and as per their record. My complaint was forwarded today 22nd April to Samsung after 4 days. Concern staff intentionally not forwarded my complaint. If organization is serious about post service, can check staff record and check the complaint forwarded date. Think before buying product from them. I will give zero marks out of five marks.

They never arranged AC installation team I have my own . They mention three landline number all number every time busy ya not in use.

After service is very bad never gonna buy again from electronic Paradise, from next time I am ready to pay higher price to any competitor because they are providing literally good afterservice

This tragedy happened in November, 2020 when I bought an Asus laptop from this so-called third class showroom. The salesman named NITIN really talked politely only to sell me a damaged laptop which cost me around Rs.40k. From the very first day it started having problems first its screen turned completely green then constant hanging issue. I took it to the service centre several times even though the person there told me I was exploited by the salesman who sold me this useless laptop. I finally decided to take it to the showroom, he first refused to recognise me and then told me it is only replaceable within 7 days (which he never told me while buying the laptop), after using it for months I had to sell it in loss. The owner and salesman there are only looting people and their hard earned money. If the owner replies that I'm telling a lie I have a purchasing bill. Stay away from these kinds of showrooms and buy from official stores/showrooms. I wish I could've given it negative ratings.
