I enrolled at TARUN IAS COACHING INSTITUTE with high hopes of receiving structured guidance for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, and my experience has been largely positive. Faculty & Teaching Methods: The faculty is knowledgeable and experienced, especially in subjects like Polity, History, and Ethics. Most teachers simplify complex concepts and encourage interactive sessions, which really helps with understanding. However, a few guest lecturers tend to rush through content. Study Material: The institute provides comprehensive and regularly updated study materials. Their current affairs modules are particularly strong, offering concise monthly compilations that are very useful for both prelims and mains. Test Series: One of the highlights is their test series. Both prelims and mains tests are well-structured, and the answer evaluation is mostly fair and constructive. The feedback given helps in improving answer writing over time. Support & Mentorship: There is decent mentorship support. Some mentors go the extra mile to help students plan their strategy and improve weak areas. However, individual attention may depend on batch size and availability. Tarun IAS is a solid choice for serious aspirants. While no institute guarantees success in UPSC, the right guidance and discipline can make a big difference—and this institute does provide a structured platform .
