This shop is a fraud! I purchased 5 Star split LG AC where the model number they mentioned on receipt is LSA5NPSA which is supposed to be LG 1.5 Ton split ac (2016 - 2017 BEE rating. But they delivered me the model number LSA5PW5M and installed. But when I checked with LG company directly this is 2014 model and now it's BEE rating is 3 star. They charged me 34000 where as it was the same rate at 2014. I asked them to replace as they have cheated and did a fraudalant. But the shopkeeper denied to replace rather said do whatever you want we are not changing. They took an advantage of me. But I'm not going to stay silent. Will approach consumer forum. Fraud City Electronic.

They sold me defected window AC (cooling coil damaged & gas leaked). When I called them for the issue they simply asked me to contact brand customer care or service centre. They didn't even bother themselves to find the root cause and accept that a defected item was sold by them.

Deserves Negative Rating. Firstly they will dupe people into " Today Only Offer" where they would promise to sell a good at lower price than market if one books it on same day. And next when you visit them to buy they would quote higher price than the market and refuse to return your booking amount. After so much negotiations still they would sell for amount higher than other sellers. Lastly they would send the same display piece which might be (in my case) damaged, Better be aware when shopping from here.

His father and his daughter behaved very rudely with us. We told them that we want to buy things from them, but they were abusing us so much. We could not tolerate it anymore. We went to Ashish, but these people are very dirty people.
