Good collection of glasses and other eye wear categories including lenses. The staff is polite and cooperative. Overjoyed with the recent purchase I have made.

I had a great experience with KRSNA OPTICAL. You guys have a very good customer handling skills. And also I like that you all are taking care of customer safety in this corona time and the love the types of variety you have and the products and price are also very good.

Sell poor quality products and fleece every body. Had sold me a broken frame for 2500. I just wore it for 2 minutes the frame fell on the ground. I was abroad so tried to get it repaired in Canada but was told that the frame cant be repaired as it has already been repaired once. I was shocked as it was a new frame bought from these guys. When my husband confronted these guys they refused to believe us and blamed us for not handling it properly. Had to pay Rs 500 more from my pocket so that the frame could be repaired again. Never trust these guys. They make fool out of gullible customers.
