Very poor service nisha bad behaviour nisha shanti medical centre 👎🏿👎🏿

It's Doctor and thier medicine rates are very much inflated. They prescribed something and vaccinated another injection to customers. I am writing customer instead patient bcoz they treated as customer. Not satisfactory. If Google provide option of negative rating will give negative rating to Shanti medical center's doctors.

Doctor said everything is good until i pointed out a number in my reports. Then all of a sudden, he started suggesting me 5 days of injections. Please avoid this hospital at any case.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. When my mom and I went in to use the restroom, a man in a blue shirt named Vikas told us that they have a rule against allowing anyone to use their facilities, including patients. Both he and the guard were incredibly rude and confrontational about it. It makes me question the quality of care they provide here. The staff's lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking. I've also heard concerning facts that they only focus on making money and can kill the patient I would strongly advise against going here.

On February 7, 2026, I visited the hospital at 11:10 a.m. First, they made me wait for an hour because the doctor was late. Second, the staff was very irresponsible; they didn't inform me when the doctor arrived and allowed other patients to go in ahead of me, even though I had paid my consultancy fee first. The female receptionist was also very rude, unprofessional, and showed no responsibility toward the patients.
