I don’t write reviews normally, but this time I had to. I took my own sweet time to really test their product, and then compare it with other opticians and their services. Back in October 2024, I made a purchase of a pair of lenses from them. It was essentially for Diwali. While the lenses were beautiful, the right eye one was extremely irritating and would not set on the eye. I somehow managed and later made a complain. The men were kind to look into the problem and asked me to send the lenses back so that they can get them “washed and clean”. So I did send them back. After receiving it again, the problem persisted. I myself went back to get it returned or replaced. They said they will replace them. Few days later I went back to their shop and tried the “new pair” right there and then. As expected, the problem did not go away. They then started to blame my eye for being dry because “they’ve never had an issue before”. Things turned sour and I gave them their lenses, never asked for refund. Brushed it off like a bad experience. Later I went to another shop where I enquired about my eye and they gave me a free pair to try and surprisingly, they were perfect. I have been using these lenses for over 2 months now and they are amazing, very soft. So, in conclusion, I think the worst thing these people did was to blame my eye meanwhile it was their product that was of shitty quality. I request the shopowners to ditch the company from where they get their products. It’s not reliable and will only make their customers bitter.
