I am incredibly grateful to Dr. RP Singh and the entire team at Visitech Eye Center for their exceptional care and expertise. I had been told by several doctors that nothing could be done to save my eye, but Dr. Singh took a different approach and performed my surgery with remarkable skill. The entire procedure went smoothly, and I am now on the path to recovery with restored vision. From the moment I walked into Visitech Eye Center, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. They were not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain every step of the process, putting my mind at ease. I had a very disappointing experience at this eye center. Despite having a prior confirmed appointment, it was cancelled at the last moment without any proper explanation. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The staff member claimed that she had informed me through a message about the cancellation, which was completely untrue. Instead of apologizing or handling the situation respectfully, she tried to shift the blame. There was no clarity about the so-called “emergency,” and the communication was extremely poor. Patients visit eye specialists with genuine concerns, and such casual and careless behavior reflects a lack of responsibility. The staff appeared poorly trained and unprofessional in handling patient queries. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their appointment system and staff training to avoid inconvenience to others.

I recently underwent corneal corrective surgery performed by Dr. R P Singh and Dr. Rinky Agarwal. The overall experience was excellent. Dr. R P Singh sir is exceptionally polite, approachable, and professional with excellent surgical skills which provided great comfort throughout the process. Three months post-procedure, I am delighted to report that my vision is 6/6, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I sincerely appreciate their expertise and care.
