The hotel staff denied to accomodate us When we arrived at hotel saying that our rooms are all loged in and checked in on that I insisted that Oyo even has given me a confirmed booking id then why are you denying ??? We kept on waiting for half an hour outside hotel ,meanwhile I called Oyo customer care where an executive told me to go to another Oyo hotel near by but I denied as it was 12 am midnight ,then they gave a "non AC ROOM where I was confirmed booking for AC ROOM ,We thought to compromise for a non AC room as we were helpless at night , 1) there was no intercom in room 2) there was no card payment or online payment as they promised 3) there was no ventilation in the room 4)the flush was not working ,taps were leaking ,there was no water when we arrived 5) they even didn't provide us a bed sheet on request

they cheated with the booking system. In my app oyo had given discount for one night , after i booked they removed the discount and demanded me to pay money more than double of what they normally charge. Not at all happy, had to find somewhere else to stay for that night.

This is a OYO HOTEL . This hotel has other branches with name like Hotel Galaxy. If you book hotel from Oyo then at the time of checkin it will increase automatically. This is a big scam . please don't choose these hotel. Else you will be in problem.non of the room is good.every room has defect like somewhere gyser not working, somewhere wash basin not working, somewhere power plug is damaged, somewhere tv is damaged...so beware of these fraud hotels.. i had big learning and experience both ...

Bad hotel, bad service. We have stayed here for 1 day and 1 night horrible experience. When we reached there they asked us to cancel the room from OYO (as we have booked through OYO and paid the charges online) and pay them money. Later on after argument they allowed us to stay there. They have given us room in which there was no water. When we complained they changed are room and gave us a room where the bathroom and bedsheets are not clean. Horrible experience will never advice anyone to stay there. And yes it's not Oyo property it's just tie up with Oyo. Oyo is tieing up with such properties. I am not going to book my future hotels from OYO

If you have plan to stay world most nastiest and rubbish hotel in this heaven than choose this one. Oyo customer care convince me for this hotel. I also pay them first before see the room. What i say about this hotel. Dirty room and toilet. Never ever they way bed sheet and clean bathroom. If you stay in here will reward you take along with you allergy, itching etc. PLZ PLZ never ever stay this hotel and never ever take any oyo customer care offer. Before book just check room and hotel staff. This hotel staff are just rude and cheater.
