This SANJAY GANDHI MEMORIAL hospital and the Kanjhawala SDM office are the most irresponsible and negligent authorities I have ever dealt with. My FRIENDS daughter’s birth took place here in 2021, and even after 4 years the birth is still not registered because the hospital lost the birth record and the SDM office has shown complete indifference. they send my friend back said no Birth certificate work done here . You need to go to provate Cyber cafe to reg complaint for it. They make people run in circles, ask for the same documents again and again, and yet do absolutely nothing. This is not just carelessness – it is administrative failure and harassment. Such negligence has denied a child her basic right to a legal identity. No family should ever suffer like this. If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would have given that.😡😡😡😡😡
