They clearly explained the Charging slot and charger issue with my laptop, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time. My laptop is now working perfectly, just like new. I really appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and efficient Apple service.

I have been using iCure services for many years . Its a very professionally run and transparent place. It is hassle free and gives you peace of mind. Just recently my mac wouldn't switch on. I just had to send a message to Prabhash and he sent someone next day to have it picked up even though it was raining that day. And within 2 days it was all done sent back to me,Amazing experience !! Kudos to you and your team Prabhash !

In June 2025, I got my MacBook display replaced at this shop for ₹15,000 after being advised that it would resolve the screen lining issue. At the time, I raised concern about a dent on the keyboard-side panel pressing against the display. Their staff assured me it would not cause any problem, even placed tape on the screen as a “protection,” and said I could use the laptop for years. I took a photo right inside their office of the taped laptop and their staff as evidence. They gave me a 3-month warranty, yet within 2 months the exact same issue (screen lines) has returned. The laptop has not left the room in these 2 months, there is no new scratch, dent, or wear — it is the same dent (which I flagged earlier) that has caused the issue again. Despite this, I am now being told that “lines are not covered under warranty.” This makes no sense — if the very issue I came for is excluded, then what exactly was the warranty for? When I went back, instead of honouring the warranty, they asked for another ₹12,500 to fix it again. I know other service providers who offer longer warranties at lower prices, but I trusted this place due to positive feedback. That was a mistake. I have filed a Consumer Helpline / Consumer Court complaint with all evidence (bill, photos, and their assurances). If anyone looks at this situation fairly, it’s clear that the shop should have honoured the warranty and addressed the issue properly when I raised the concern about the dent. I am also attaching photos here(these pictures were taken when I raised that dent is pressing on the screen & last picture is taken yesterday, they mentioned that this will not cause any kind of damage to display then and now they are saying this dent is a different task/job), including the one taken in their office when the tape was placed on the screen — so future customers can see exactly what was done. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision before trusting this shop.
