I stayed at Jade Garden Hotel late July 2024. Had a comfortable stay with amenities worth the price and extended my stay for 2 more days. Receptionist Shivani was very helpful for early and smooth checkin, and the rest of the staff was also very nice. Absolutely love that restaurant at rooftop has separate sitting for smokers and non-smoker. Wifi connectivity was also fairly good. Looking forward to stay again whenever I visit Mysore.

Dated cheap shady interior. 100ml non alcoholic Khas flavoured drink for Rs 800 (Rs 699 for drink and 10% service charge and taxes). Not being maintained. 10% service charge and still waiter wants a tip. Alcohol prices reasonable but mocktails are 3-5 times the prices. Food taste is fine but quantity is small. So expect to order double of what you usually order (This also means double the price) Could be OK just for men. Do not visit with family.

Poor ambience and not at all pocket friendly..They're charging 25% VAT on liquor!! Advertisement hung outside of ₹140/- beer is of a small 300ml beer, on which they will again charge extra ₹35/- as VAT making it 175/-!!

Worst bar I have ever been at. Too much costly, I ordered a Beer and a chicken snacks and they charged me almost 950 Rs approx. Ambience is below average and they have a weird manager. Too much taxes they impose on the bill. If I have to suggest this Bar it's a big 'Nooooo'. I don't know do we have any Bar in that area nearby other then this.. If any please suggest me..

I was there to get my phone repaired in market...just to wait for an hour I saw this so called restaurant... BUT HAD A SHOCK AT THE ENTRANCE AS AN OLD ILL MANAGER CAME INFRONT OF ME. This restaurant is waste of time and money as well... Only because of there manager who doesn't know what hospitality is but looking at his age he must have done waiter Job for 45 years at nearby tea stall but still manner less and senseless guy... I am sure until he ( Manager ) is their this restaurant will never grow... Because he is totally senseless guy. Food was good the waitress was good but only wrong person who destroyed the image and name of restaurant is their ill mannered manager. I Hope the management will take this feedback strongly and work on this to make this restaurant a hospitable place.
