Not helpful. Very unorganised. They took our money sent to owner without confirming and money got stuck and now they are not helping in getting the money back and keep saying it is not their mistake/responsibility and talking rudely over phone, ignoring calls. I don't even know the owner. On their words I transferred and now they are not helpful. Pretty sure they will be treating or guiding their new customers too the same way. I certainly would never approach them for any property/rental work again

My friend and me are new to Delhi and they took money from us for the room they showed and then money got stuck and then they didn’t help in retrieving it and kept saying it is not their responsibility when we paid the money solely on their saying. DON’T TRUST THIS PROPERTY. Once they take money then they do not help
