This is a company of fraud , They are all money oriented. Promises are never fulfilled. Their statements are always fluctuating .I hope their licence gets cancelled soon .
Very bad experience with their furnitures and appliances quality, and lack of communication between them and landlords costed us a month rent for no reason. Also multiple other issues.
Royal associates is really good. I mean there was a property I wanted to buy but out of 47 lakhs I had just 7 lakh and I was sad , then I went to royal associates they gave me 40 lakhs for free and today I live in my own property because of royal associates. I m so happy.😍😍
I wish there was an option to give a negative rating. The services are pathetic. They don't provide proper rental agreement and other documents. Apartments are not well maintained. They charge for maintenance but services are third class. Don't fall for their fake promises unless you want to regret later.
