I went there to have an Lunch, And asked them for an North Indian Thali. It was good overall, The best part was the vibes inside, it was so elegant, and hygiene was at best:) But in the end the Receptionist turned on the television and put in on a typical Indian melodrama, which somehow changed the vibes😊, So visitors do please request them the content accordingly or you may just stick with music only :))
🍛 Food Festi: A Pricey Lunch Spot with Tasty Food but Lacking Amenities 💸😋 Hey there, fellow foodies and wallet-watchers! 🙋♂️ I recently visited Food Festi (फूड फेस्ती) for a lunch outing with two of my friends. 👥 And let me tell you, it was an experience that left us with mixed feelings and lighter pockets! 💸😅 First things first, let's address the elephant in the room – the prices! 🐘💰 Being situated in NSP, we expected a certain standard, but boy, were we in for a surprise! 😲 The menu prices were sky-high, making us question if we were dining in a fancy restaurant or a casual eatery. 🤔💸 But here's the kicker – despite the hefty prices, Food Festi doesn't even have a washroom or a washbasin for customers to wash their hands! 🚫🧼 I mean, come on, if you're charging a premium, at least provide the basic amenities, right? 😒 Anyway, moving on to the food. 🍽️ We ordered veg raita, dal fry, shahi paneer, and tawa roti. 🥘🫓 As we don't consume onion and garlic, we requested the cook to prepare our dishes without these ingredients. 🧅🚫 Hunger got the best of us, and to our delight, the food turned out to be quite tasty! 😋 We devoured everything on our plates, leaving no trace behind. 🍽️✨ However, we couldn't help but wonder why the tawa roti was made with refined flour instead of wholesome wheat flour. 🌾🤔 A healthier option would have been appreciated! 🙏 The service was average, nothing to write home about. 🤷♂️ But the real drama unfolded during the payment process. 💸😳 I wanted to use my Magicpin app to avail a 35% discount on the bill amount. 📱💰 However, the owner rudely denied this and said they could only accept one coupon. 😠 We ended up redeeming a 500 rupee coupon and paid the remaining amount using UPI. 💸📲 The total bill came to a whopping 1292 rupees, and even after the Magicpin discount, we shelled out 992 rupees. 💸😱 It felt like a lot of money for a meal that didn't even come with basic amenities or a pleasant ambiance. 😕 Oh, and get this – they had a 20 rupee spoon holder on the table! 🥄💰 I mean, really? What's next, a fee for breathing the air? 😤💨 Needless to say, I don't plan on returning to Food Festi anytime soon. 🙅♂️ The combination of high prices, lack of amenities, and mediocre ambiance just doesn't justify the cost. 💸👎 If you're looking for a budget-friendly lunch spot with a cozy atmosphere and basic facilities, you might want to look elsewhere. 🔍🍽️ Food Festi may satisfy your taste buds, but it will definitely leave your wallet feeling lighter and your hands yearning for a good wash! 💸🧼 Until next time, happy eating and may your dining experiences be filled with tasty food, reasonable prices, and a side of proper amenities! 🍽️💰🚻
Hey everyone! I recently went to this place in netaji subhash place which claims to provide us with huge varieties of North Indian and Chinese cuisines. Here's the review of the place. (4/5) FOOD:- they provided us with various varieties. But seeing everything I find it's a bit costly. I ordered a honey chilly potato which cost us ₹240/- rs. Though it was beautifully presented and it was really yummy and crispy in taste as I like to have it. After trying it in Thallesary restaurant in orn I found this place to match the competition. For the taste of this dish I would give them 5/5. Perfect taste! But still costly. (4/5) SERVICE:- the restaurant was air conditioned, with soft music and television ( to watch the cricket world Cup these days). They don't have high chairs but do have perfect sitting and outdoor sitting. The staff was mixed with well mannered and 0 etiquette people. I love the fact how one person of the staff came and asked me nicely about the food I wanted to order. When I called this specific person for billing he came and nicely asked me to pick up my plates. (5/5) About the second person - then the second person came. I mistakenly dropped one of chilly potato from my plate on the table. This person came suddenly out of nowhere and asked to give them that menu on which It was dropped to clean it up. It was really awkward. It seems he was teaching me my etiquette or something. This was something jo jaane k baad b kiya jaa skta tha. I really felt bad. (3/5) Overall(4/5) ATMOSPHERE:- The atmosphere was maintained with a clean and hygienic environment. I felt nice about the choice of music played there. It was perfectly luking like a Chinese restaurant with the red light and nice setup. But the area was not that big. Restaurant enter hote hi khatam ho gya. But I went there for food which was absolutely amazing but again, seeing everything it was costly. Overall, its a nice place of you want a scrumptious food of Chinese or North Indian cuisine but but I feel it doesn't worth the price it costs.
Overall experience was mediocre — poorly executed dishes with no redeeming qualities. Don’t trust the high ratings — they’re just for a 5% food fest discount. Ordered Chilly Chicken Dry, Handi Chicken, and Chicken Do Pyaza. The Do Pyaza was the worst — stale taste, rubbery chicken, and oily gravy. Chilly Chicken was overly salty, Handi Chicken lacked flavor. The naan was over-fried, hard, and difficult to chew. Very poor quality and not worth the price. Very disappointing quality for the price. But the service and ambience of the food festi was good for me. So, thank you for your service and food.
"I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Food Festi Restaurant last night, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic evening. The service was top-notch! Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The staff's passion for the restaurant and its cuisine was evident throughout our meal. Now, onto the food – OH. MY. GOSH. Each dish was expertly prepared, presented, and bursting with flavor! We started with the signature appetizer, which was crispy, savory, and addictive. For my main course, I opted for the chef's special, and it did not disappoint. The portion was generous, and the flavors were rich and harmonious. To top it all off, the prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the exceptional quality and quantity of food. Frod Festi Restaurant has earned a loyal customer in me! If you're a foodie or just looking for a fantastic dining experience, do yourself a favor and book a table ASAP. You won't regret it! *Highlights:* Exceptional service, outstanding cuisine, cozy atmosphere, great value. *Will I return?* Absolutely, and with friends and family in tow!"
