I visited Cocoyaya Popli Hookah Shop, Janpath with high expectations because the brand is well known and the store itself looks premium. The hookah collection, interior, and ambience are truly impressive—everything feels top-class and well maintained. However, the entire experience was ruined by the behaviour of Rubani Popli. The moment she walked into the store, her tone was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. There were no polite words, no warmth, and no basic customer etiquette. Whether someone is the owner or an employee, this is a customer-facing business, and respect is not optional. A customer should never be judged by appearance or assumptions about their buying capacity. Even if someone is only browsing or not ready to buy immediately, they deserve dignity and courtesy. Unfortunately, Rubani behaved as if she was ruling the store, not serving customers. Her attitude felt dismissive, ego-driven, and completely unprofessional. This is not what anyone expects from a brand as big as Cocoyaya. A strong brand is built not just on products, but on how customers are treated. I genuinely hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training, because a beautiful store means nothing if customers feel disrespected inside it. 😡 Still I purchased their 2 premium hookah from the store
