Okay, so this serves as a dhaba, also where you can have breakfast in morning and also serves tea all day. Dhaba is relatively cheap. Food served isnt much to talk about. Hygienic standards are the poorest you can get, but when you are eating cheap, you can't really be choosy. Tea served used to be the best in ORN but I heard the old guy moved out and some new person is handling the tea business and quality has declined. Located right in the middle of ORN, this serves as a popular meeting place for 'serious' and non-serious aspirants alike. You may also see some veterans who hangout here all day smoking suttas and having back to back chais giving gyaan to new arrivals/gullible aspirants who make the best of the free advice and often get selected in their first attempt.

It's cheap, okayish food, so-so service- which can get horrendous, depending upon when you visit it. Hygiene wise, 2 stars. Overall, a cheap & good option to feel your tummy in the area populated with over-priced restaurants & dhabas.

Food is excellent and hygienic so far so that I never had any problem in the last 15 years or so.. try Mix Veg or Chicken curry as per your dietary preference. Reasonable Dhaba for everyday lunch/dinner.
