The waffles were tooo crisp and when complained about it was waved off saying that you’ve already taken a bite. The staff wasn’t cooperative at all . The last thing you can do is atleast consider the issue . Extremely disappointed.

Very arrogant front desk person(supposedly a manager with 0 managerial skills)who spoke so rudely and refused to even share his name when asked. Not a review about their food but about the conduct of speaking with people. Have no option but to raise it on Google as he refused to share the email or higher authority details for complains. To the owner of Lajpat Nagar-4 Amar colony branch : Please put some well behaved people as your manager or team leader.

It’s been so many years I have been visiting the branch, But For the first time in so many years I received waffles from such a sweet team . That is Afzal and Nadeem. Perfect client handling. The best part is inspite of so much chaos, both of them handled the situation with a SMILE 😀👍

Delicious waffles and this place is now my go to place for desert. Staff is polite and service is also commendable.

Again got a waffles in burn condition. Just they are getting order via zomato and blinding serving this burn waffle. Which is pathetic, Spoken to the store also but they are saying we send the perfect one. Last time also order the same waffle and that also got it soggy. now they are not maintaining the quality level. Shame on the you guys.
