I got very worst experience, i sent one parcel as cash on delivery they opened my parcel and showed it to the receiver befor they make the payment. Why i called then for regarding this issue they blocked me

Very unprofessional company!! Poor training to the team, courier boys don't have way to talk they abuse on phone and refused to give parcel on 3rd floor! They tell lies that your office is closed!!
