First time we were couriering to my daughter stationed in Reginsberg Germany,after her recent marriage and shifting. We were a little bit worried. A fantastic and great experience in working with Mrs Bindu ji . A homely feeling while talking to her. She is more of service oriented than business. Comfort and confidence increases while taking to Mrs Bindu. You can handover the courier to her and forget it.Rest she will take care till it reaches the designated person. I wanted to sand homemade It sweets to my son at USA for Deepawali. Time was so short that I had lost the hope that it would find its way in time. It was a pleasant surprise for me when I heard A resuring voice of Ms Bindu who confidently assured me that it will be her personal respinsibility to see that the parcel is delivered in time. The parcel reached a day earlier!! Fantastic service! Unimaginable promptness in sending the agencies executive to provide support for packing and collecting the parcel from home and despatching that with the same urgency! Kudos!!

I had a very positive experience with this courier service. My package reached Canada safely and in time. Their personnel Ms. Bindu connected with me promptly and arranged for home pick-up. Initially I was a hesitant but she shared her ID cards with me and assured me that they will package and weigh my parcel and send me the payment details via Whatsapp. And she did exactly that!!! She maintained a constant line of communication until the package reached its destination. She also helped me with few confusions regarding transfer. Highly recommend this service!!!

Please DO NOT send your parcel via this courier services. Bindu who is the owner/employee doesn’t have etiquette how to speak.They kept food items parcel with themselves for 5 days giving hoax information about parcel being seized by Custom Dept. Also, the lady screams on her voice badly as if she’s doing some charity business. Never engage in business with them. Most pathetic behaviour I have ever come across.

If you are ever thinking of sending an International courier through them, think twice. My entire experience with them was unbelievable. They kept my stuff for 5 days gave different reasons everyday for the delay. These stuffs were my memories, and these were sent to me to Canada without even proper bubble wrapping. Almost everything is ruined.
