Worst shop ever. I bought 2 suit costing around 5000 in the month of November last year. I requested for large size but shop owner convinced me for proper alteration and I bought XL size. When I tried clothes for fitting after the alteration,,I was SHOCKED. ,""TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, GOT MY CLOTH RUINED COMPLETELY''''. Shop owner accepted the fault and mistake and informed that the alteration was being done by the local tailor as the shop tailor master was absent that day. I asked the lady shop owner either for exchange my suit or refund my money. But she denied for both and told me that she will get my suits fixed or corrected and kept the suits with her. I was told that I ll be informed soon as the suits get corrected. She took my number also but I didn't recieve any call from that shop for the next 10 months. Further I visited the shop in the month of Oct 25 and brought my suits with me. But the worst part is BOTH THE SUITS HAVE BEEN KEPT AS IT WAS. NO FURTHER CORRECTION WAS BEING MADE BY THE SHOP. I was so hurt by this type of behaviour ,attitude and casualty of that lady shop owner.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY CLOTHES FROM THE SHOP OM COLLECTION AT BURARI.
