⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I have been visiting GOYAL STATIONARY since my school days (2008), back when the shop was small and run by an uncle who used to come on his scooter. He was humble, polite, and genuinely respectful toward customers. Sadly, that era is long gone. Now the shop is run by a mother–son duo, and the experience has gone from bad to worse. I visited today around 11 AM, and it was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. The lady at the counter openly lies, claiming that banks don’t accept amounts below ₹50, which is completely false. On top of that, the son behaves extremely arrogantly, repeatedly saying “Bhaiya Paytm kar do” in a rude tone, as if customers have no choice. His attitude makes it feel like he’s running a jewellery showroom, not a neighbourhood stationery shop. There is zero courtesy, zero honesty, and zero customer respect. The behavior is so unpleasant that it completely ruins the purpose of supporting a local store. Honestly, I would strongly prefer online platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, or even better, VK Store, where the uncle there is an excellent human being with genuinely good behavior. This shop has lost its values along with its old owner. I will never visit again and would not recommend it to anyone who values respectful treatment.
