I have purchased all requirements from ur store & payment has been done on 21/3/2021 through bank transfer . The package has to be delivered for Bengaluru & I have clearly mentioned my address in WhatsApp. And sales person asked for Aadhar card of mine I have sent for security reasons(not mentioning that to send goods to the address present on aadhar card)& mistake happened from their end... before doing courier u have to do confirmation from customer side. Courier has been booked to my native place from Delhi it is far away (250km) from bengaluru & clearly mentioned it has to be delivered to Bengaluru itself but booked to ANANTAPUR.. I have called to customer care of VRL logistics thay have told that still it is in DELHI Only if any changes it can be done there...right away i called to sales person many times to clearly explain the scenario but she rejected my calls after trying several times she answered my call and told that there is nothing from our end..u have to take responsibility to get your goods to your place P.S:i would have felt happier atleast if they received my call and do the best they can.

Total fraud, unreliable dealer,beware don't deal with this party, pathetic service,once they get money they will not talk to you you will certainly lose money.so better avoid dealing with them. Goods sent is totally damaged,inspite of paying Rs 1000/- towards packing. Have paid GST also but this party did not sent any tax paid invoice. Before dealing with this party please see the reviews,and you will know the nature of this fraudulent company

Please don't buy things from them. They will not check the items in front of you while giving and will tell you that everything they have packed is checked. But when you recieve any defected item they will say that you yourself damaged it and after giving them several calls in which one will be answered very rudely, you will not get any satisfying response. The girl who picks the call doesn't have manner to talk at all. Please guys I wasted my money, and will suggest you not to choose them. They will do fraud with you too. So spend your money wisely.

Got a great deal on mannequin. They have a great variety and several different products related to your shop. Although i bought only 1 mannequin they still treated me very nicely.
