Very bad experience interacting with the owner. He was extremely rude and not helpful. I asked him to help me understand what seep is made up of and he got offended by why I didn’t know something every one else does - umm I’m buying a churra for the first time aren’t I 🙄 He asked me to show a picture of any design that I liked and when I showed him something, he’s haughtily said - it’s very easy to see designs online but you won’t find anything in the market! (Then why even ask for a picture in the first place). Extremely terrible customer service..
