I am writing to formally complain about the misbehavior of the store manager at Mensen New U during my recent visit. The manager behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner, did not listen to my concern properly, and spoke disrespectfully. This behavior was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable, as I expected respectful and courteous customer service from your store. Such conduct does not reflect good customer service standards. I request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

She took time to understand my skin concerns, suggested the right products for my skin type, and explained how to use them properly. Her advice was clear, friendly, and very helpful — not pushy like you sometimes experience elsewhere. She also recommended makeup products that complement my skin tone and texture, which made choosing much easier.
