After sales service is very poor specially if you cross the warranty period. I went there on 6th July'23 to get solution for right side blue screen and after following up for next 45 days they returned my TV with full black screen (No logo, nothing is coming). If you don't want to take risk, please choose wisely. I bought the QIB TV to support our local manufacturer, but I failed.

He is the scammer and fraudster electronic shop. They sell repaired tv at the fresh prices and than didn't solve any problem of come across. They will tell there is no such warranty we claimed after getting money. I purchase from them a samsung tv and get a repaired box which got error after few days and my 1.1 lac go into a drain as they didn't solve the problem but take tv for 8 months.

I recently brought a 75 inch qled led tv from them. before I was confused about quality because of low price range.But i am very happy with the picture quality. This brand Qib need more recognition they are really making awesome quality led tvs .
