I ordered a roll worth ₹209 + delivery charges from Baap of Rolls through Zomato, and what I received was literally an empty maida paratha — just one thin layer of filling, nothing inside! It honestly looked like someone was being punished while preparing it. I immediately tried contacting Zomato and Baap of Rolls, but got no response from either. This shows how unprofessional and careless they’ve become. There’s zero focus on customer satisfaction, food quality, or even basic hygiene and honesty. If this is what ₹209 gets you — an empty roll and silence from customer support — it’s absolutely shameful. Highly not recommended — think twice before ordering from here!
order biryani from zomato . selling fully rotten biryani smell so bad even cant eat. not picking call. please dont buy anything from them.
