Branch manager is arrogant, don't want to work, don't have sence how to talk with elder or younger. Ground floor staff don't co operate at all.i am suffering after open an account with this branch.plz don't open an account with this branch.

State Bank of India Kureji khas branch is located on the main road leading to Shakarpur. this branch is always crowded and the staff is also not much cooperative. the entrance is too narrow you cannot enter at once. Some of the services are on first floor also

Just like every other SBI branch, bad is an understatement. The staff is not just incompetent but sheer hostile. Total mismanagement and none of your work ever gets done on time. I went there to open an account, and was sent back home 7 times with demands of a new documents each time. When I finally asked them to tell everything at once, the manager yelled at me and told me to not open an account with them. Hence, go for a better bank even they say so. You'll thank me for saving you lots of headache and time waste. My experience and advice: NEVER DO BUSINESS OR OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. (In case if it's even possible to do it in the first place somehow!).

Mr. Naveen Chandaria is a great bank manager. He is always ready to help the customer and guide them through the banking process. I had a really good experience at SBI due to him.

A lot of improvement there in the behavior. They help customers politely and resolve issues. Mr Varun and his manager are helpful. Hope the image of SBI will improve in the future
