Poor customer service. Reply to the owner: It seems your focus is primarily on serving celebrities rather than everyday individuals like myself. I've reached out to you multiple times on Instagram regarding purchasing clothes and shipping them to Australia, offering to cover the shipping costs, but have not received a response despite my messages being seen. This lack of communication is disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service. It would have been appreciated if you could have at least informed me whether or not my request could be accommodated.
