"5/5 stars! Navyug Sarees exceeded my expectations! Beautiful lehengas, sarees & more, excellent staff, and fantastic facilities. Highly recommended for all your ethnic wear needs!"
Prices are too high according to cloth quality and services are very poor.. they do not provide finishing to your dresses...my experience is not good.. If you're plan to purchase think twice.. A big no for navyug
Navyug used to be my favourite and trusted saree shop, and I was a regular customer. Recently, my sister (height 5'4") came from Lucknow, and we bought several sarees for her, including one for her reception. To our disappointment, we found that the saree length was only 43 inches — much shorter than the standard. I had faced a similar issue (41") earlier, but let it go thinking it was a one-off. Now that it's happened again, it's clear that short-length or defective sarees are being sold at higher prices. When I visited the shop and spoke to the owner, I expected a polite response or solution. Instead, he opened a few sarees showing us 43" is standard one but found (all longer than 44") then claimed it’s not possible to check lengths — that it's the customer’s responsibility. He even said over 1 lakh sarees have been already sold of same length. It’s disappointing not just because of the saree, but because of the poor service and lack of accountability from someone I trusted. Thank you, Navyug, and it's Owner for turning a loyal customer experience into a regretful one.
Very Nice and awesome collection 👗❤️
Fabric quality - 2.5/5 Staff behaviour - 1.5/5 We shopped for around ₹1 lakh from this showroom. When we were purchasing the clothes, their behaviour was completely different - they were overly respectful and tried to appear very polite. However, when I went to collect my altered clothes, no one paid any attention. I was standing there for almost an hour; no one even offered me a seat. After an hour, when my clothes finally arrived, the finishing looked so poor that I had to insist on calling the tailor. Even he spoke very rudely, saying things like "It doesn't work that way" or "That's not how we do it." Overall, this showroom shows clear double standards - they are nice only when they want to make a sale, but once the payment is done, they show no courtesy or respect towards the customer.
