Went there to purchase bags for my son who intends to go abroad for further studies. The store told me that a certain model was available @ 50% discount only when old bags are given in exchange. I purchased 3 new bags and gave them 3 old bags which were in very good condition in exchange considering that the store was a VIP Priority store and was there for many years. However, to my surprise the VIP company outlet at Korum mall in thane advised that the company is not running any such exchange schemes and the model was anyways available at 50% discount (even without exchange). I found the same to be true when I checked online. When I went to question about this to the shop, was told that the company (VIP Industries) had stopped the exchange scheme but they were not told about the same hence they continued. My old bags given to them in exchange had disappeared. They have unnecessarily made me give away 3 bags which otherwise could have been useful to me. Really feel cheated. They are either lying or either not fit to be a Priority store of VIP if they are not aware of the company's policies and schemes.

AVOID Travel Plaza at Gokhale Road, Thane! I recently purchased the Skybags Polyester Solid Pattern Casper Plus Duffle Bag from this store, but I'm extremely disappointed with the pricing. I paid ₹3203, whereas the same product is available on Amazon for ₹2400. To add to my frustration, there was no company price tag on the bag. I've attached photos of the bill, warranty card, and Amazon screenshot for reference. The significant price difference and lack of transparency raise serious concerns about the store's business practices. As a customer, I expect fair pricing and authenticity. Until they improve, I wouldn't recommend Travel Plaza to anyone. Buyer beware!

We bought a large trolley bag from this store few days back for international travel. We very clearly explained the purpose. He sold us a oversized check in bag. This person convinced us 100% that this bag is allowed in international flights and why will company manufacture oversized bag. He was in very hurry to sell that bag. We bought it came bag home. Next day we had doubt so we checked with airlines they said only 158cm bag allowed. this person sold us bag of measurement of 168cm. We requested to take this bag back and give us another one. He said once we stamp the guarantee card we don't take it back. This is a fraud shop. You can't relay on the words of these fraudsters.

I Have Purchased A Sky Bag Of Rs 4000 From This Shop In A Week I Am Facing Problems From Bag The Charging Output Gets Out And Stitches Of The Bags Getting Opened From 3-4 Parts Of The Bags For That I Have Given Bag To Them For Service And Maintainance But When I Visit To There Shop While Checking My Bag I Was Found That For The Work I Given The Bag To Them That Work Still Not Get Done But My Bag Got Damaged From Another Side Dont Ever Purchase From This Travel Plaza Shop We Spend Our Valuable Money For Things Which We Purchase For Quality Purpose Even The Roadside Seller Has More Values Customer As Compare To This Travel Plaza Owner. He Will Have No Idea How Bad Impact He Has Created The Way He Talks To The Customers He Is Like Company Me Jao Me Nahi Karke Dunga Wala Attitude.
