Has very poor experience. Paid advance for a mattress and gave my old mattress. It has been 4 weeks and the owner has not delivered the mattress, every week he comes up with new excuses...I went by the Google reviews and had a terrible experience. Plus, when confronted he is very very rude

One of the worst shops in lokhanwala, paid fully for a simple bed cover, bed cutting was done instantly however the bed cover which I ordered much ahead of the cutting process has not yet been delivered till now. 4 months for a simple bed cover? Worst experience, whenever I go and check he'll say tomorrow evening pakka. And that tomorrow doesn't come only. Kindly avoid this shop at any cost. I'm giving one star because that's the lowest allowed. Otherwise it's -5 star rating for this shop

Pathetic service, take orders and keep on postponing the orders, when you try to call - Nitesh (owner) never picks up your call. And after a delay of one month, the quality was the worst. After the complaint he refused to replace it. The owner and staff have no respect for the time and patience.

Good quality of Mattress available in Kandivali East at very reasonable rates. The staff is also very friendly. Owner Nitesh is very nice person. recommended.
