I had a nice experience shopping at Manya Clothing. I ordered Sarees online and they took pre-orders for the same. The sarees are exactly the same as shown on their website and Instagram and have Beautiful shine❤️ i loved both the sarees that I recieved & looking forward to shop more ❤️👏🏻

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The staff was very disrespectful and barely responded to us properly. We were not even allowed to try a saree to check whether it suits our skin tone or not. Even wedding sarees worth ₹2 lakhs are usually chosen after trying, but here they didn’t allow it at all. They were not showing designs properly and kept asking us to wait because their reel shooting was going on, as if customers don’t matter. This is unacceptable behaviour for a so called premium store. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the hype.

What ordered vs what received!!! Cheating!!! The small business when they starts growing they choose not to give good customer service. After ordering sarees from pre ordered section, 20 days no revert. After following up message from my end, they advises ordered saree is not available even though it is still listed on website. Tried to compromise as i lost already 20 days and agree to receive alternate version of same saree. But when package arrives, incorrect saree has been delivered. So after wasting 1 month, they are expecting me to send the saree back and then they will send exchange. Yet again for the seller mistake buyer after paying money, has to exhaust our energy time and money. And still no product!!! Only what reply on WhatsApp “ sorry for inconvenience maam”. Thats worst!!!! Don’t trust the small business especially like this instagram ones!!!
