Initially they will show with less interest but if you show them that you’re serious about sherwani shopping, they will show everything with patience and yes, they keep the best piece to try for the last, in case you’re not satisfied with what they already shown you. 😄 Special kudos to Ravi and Naresh ji. 🌸 Collection: Really very nice. Considering the price point and the finishing they’re giving is amazing. The best part is they are giving everything in set, from top to bottom. 😎 Overall: Worth visiting this place. Now waiting for the final delivery. Will update later on.

Extremely dissatisfied – rude staff and poor service I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Groom Palace, Karol Bagh. The staff and the owner were polite only until they received the advance payment. After that, their attitude completely changed—they promised everything initially, but at the time of delivery they did not even bother to listen to a single word. They delivered a kurta with visible stains, and the size given was totally incorrect. There was no sense of responsibility or willingness to fix the issue. The situation only kept getting worse, which was very frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise people not to visit this place. Do not waste your time or money here. The Groom Palace, Karol Bagh is an excellent place for clothing shopping. The collection here is really good, trendy, and up to date, with a wide variety of designs and quality fabrics. The prices are reasonable considering the quality. The staff is very polite, helpful, and patient, making the shopping experience smooth and comfortable. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great place for good collections and reliable service. Highly recommended.
