This is a place for locals and one cannot expect a fancy Designs and trends here. The shop is four floors and the staff are usually friendly. Sometimes they sigh and show irritation and it would make a customer go uncomfortable. The owner dosent even bill with smiley face. The store has almost no practical car parking as it lies in market.

I have been their customer for the last 2 years. The Management is well behaved Youngsters. Some of the local lady staff are timid but majority of the Salesperson are Good and Respond well . The Shop is well stocked with all sorts of Ready Mades ,Sarees including 9 yards ,modern Ladies wear and Cloth . They will be appreciated, especially now in the lockdown period ,if on line sales is introduced.

Good collection, reasonable price

Staff behaviour are rude and they sigh their frustration openly to customer to make them quick choices and move on to billing. They don't want to show you good garments if you delay your choice 10 minutes from entering. Men clothes are very limited and won't suit your fit. It's good to go somewhere else for men clothes. Owner doesn't care about this staff behaviour issues because they have lots of such shops in OMR to manage. Clothes are costly twice and thrice to other shops. You should ask for discount 10% at the billing then only they give you discount else you need to pay 10% extra. Cramped Shop with Rude Staff 👎😡🚫

1st floor one Sales person very wrong activity, no response and speaking style is not respect words using, very very local guy working in mamtha textile, i am very disappointed, i am purchase every dress that shop only but today experience very bad, please select the sales person correctly, that slaes person 1st floor Tamil boy in sudidar section Beard guy,this is my 1st worst experience in my life
