Can someone please share the complete info on dumping ground in sector 145 or any other surrounding this area? This is a new project launch and I am trying to gather all relevant info. Please post with all info so that customer can make informed decision.

Godrej is just a marketing company. All project are stuck. I am godrej golf link buyer and there is no sign of OC ever after 2 years of delay. Project is not even maintained. Another Project nest in sector 150 it is also stuck. Godrej customer care is also useless. They keep on saying we are working. This project of 146 is very close to railway line. Please think twice before buying and once should wait for godrej to deliver something in Noida first. A genuine advice to all the people looking for a genuine investment and/or own a residential project. *Don't go by the name, go by the work done.* Last 7-8 yrs, and Godrej is just fooling the customers, not a single project delivered in UP,/Delhi, but still they are launching new ways just to extract money. Sadly, there was no one to guide me and I am one such victim of their fraud, who invested my future in one of their 'Premium' project, GodrejGolfLink-GreaterNoida. ☹️

I am first time investor of Godrej but promise that I will never do that again due to poor rate escalation. I lost value of my money after selling my unit 8 months after buying, paying emi and still sold at purchase rate since no buyer and 2nd phase is too low priced. I am starting hating it. I booked their plot but revoked seeing such response. Useless, unreliable, low quality.

This is the best and strategic location to invest. We are close to Microsoft office/145, TCS campus, close to Jewar Airport and bang adjacent to Metro station. There are Propety consultants who don’t get much commission from Godrej, talk negative about Godrej. This is fully paid-up land and solo Godrej project so can’t compare with Sector 150 projects. Stay invested and believe me that we will get double investment rate by 2027.
