I purchased ready to wear sari the alternation part was not done properly sari plates where up n down in length so I called up them that the plates aren't properly cut upto my height half sari is too long n half is short so the lady said pls come will get it done... I told her I can reach there after 10pm if it works she said no try to come by 10 will get it done .. so somehow I reached there by 10 shop was open . One men took my sari for correction he was going for the alteration just then one old man from behind said master is gone which was a lie they gave me medical reason but new customers buying there and measurements where going on for them too... Just because I had paid for it my concern was not addressed and made us feel insulted .. disappointed by there services and its diwali time if you dont have much staff then dont take much orderes that u can't fulfill it upto the mark ..

Surprisingly i have come out of this place more happy and content then i ever have shopping for so many years. Rakesh bhai looked at me and the first outfit he showed i have bought not worrying about the cost just is persistence and grit. The service is the best and prompt and the team is not just trying to sell you but involved in making you feel better. Go here on a weekday for best service and peaceful watch.
