Good society but very narrow roads inside. Searching Vehicle Parking is a big task...although few shops & clinics along with nearby metro stn & parks are a big positive for the society. Overall ***

It such a good apartment. There is only probkem that is near by drain, due to that some times smell can be surrounded.

Good DDA flats, however they have become old and need proper maintenance. A good initiative by the member to give a home to stray dogs which is commendable

DDA society, with continuous construction work going on. Maybe this will continue for more than 10 years. Parking problem. Unauthorised construction etc are main problem.

I stay in this apartment for last 11 years. Let me tell you about the good things first. 1) Cheap RWA subscription amount only 200 per month 2) close proximity to sector 11 metro station 3) close proximity to sector 11 market also there are grocery and vegetables shops inside the apartment Now come the negative part 1) water issue. The submersible pump doesn't work most of the time therefore water is a major issue 2) Parking issue. Since the apartment is expandable, the chiken cage situation, currently 8000 people live here and parking is a pain in the neck issue 3) pollution - water, air and sound, the water we get is sewage mixed as residents we have approached MLA and so on but no use. Air is polluted due to perpetual construction and expanding same is the came with sound polution. Every day we wake up with the sound of drilling and demolition. 4) security issue. Although security has been tightened resently however it has not improved as it should be. Anyone can walk in and out. If you google you can see many of the gangsters have been cought hiding from this apartment. 5) Since it is low cost residential place, people have invested on flats for rental purpose, that is to say mostly tenants stay in Akshardham. You see garbage everywhere as tenants hardly care about it. I can go on and on ... If I had more money I would buy another apartment like UF apartment where my parents live. There is no comparison between Akshardham and UF apartment in sector 6
