We stay at suit room .it was neat and clean.Bathroom was also good.overall stay was good.

The rooms are great and so is the breakfast. By mistake I forgot my licence there. The staff called me and assured me they will courier the licence to my home. This was a great gesture. Thanks a lot to the team.

We have travelled from Australia to India. Hotel Middle Town was our first destination, and it is such a lovely hotel. Friendly staff, great service, and great food. Highly recommend this very comfortable hotel to others.

Extremely Disappointing Experience- Hotel Middletown in Gandhinagar was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms were extremely small, with unhygienic conditions and dirty bedsheets. Cleanliness standards were clearly not maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable. We had informed the hotel two weeks in advance about our early morning arrival and the need for early check-in. This was confirmed by them at an additional charge of ₹700. However, upon arrival—when we were visibly exhausted from travel—the manager exploited the situation and demanded ₹2000 for just 5 hours in a different room. We had no choice but to agree at that moment. The situation worsened during our stay. Despite already paying an advance and having a booking for 3 nights, the manager: Repeatedly called our room demanding full payment. Approached us during breakfast to ask for money. Even came to our room to pressure us into paying the full amount immediately When we explained that we would settle the bill before checkout (which is standard practice), he refused. His behaviourr was rude and extremely unprofessional. What was even more concerning was that we overheard him quoting higher prices to other guests, and when questioned, he openly said: "This is my business, I will charge whatever I want." Additionally, the hotel has an incorrect Google location, causing unnecessary confusion. Many guests, including us, had to spend time searching for the property.
