Warning!! Don't ever take any kind of car service from them, especially from Gomechani. The service buddy says he is an ex Hyundai employee but the kind of service he provided is not all up to that mark. All the workers are not at all well trained. They have refilled used Engine oil into my car, not sure if it was 3.5 liter or not.

I booked standard service from Go Mechanic and this workshop was assigned.. When the car was returned in the evening on October 4, 2024, I found the car was not washed properly.. They just splashed water on the car and didn't even rub or soak the water properly.. the front door mats were dirtier than it was prior to service with mud stains. There were even mud stains beside the gear lever.. The boot mat was fully wet as the water was not even wiped off. Even after service, the inspection symbol was not removed. I had to visit the workshop again the next day for rework. Again on October 10, 2024, while driving suddenly the AC filter came of.. I am driving the car since last 6 years but this has never happened before. Such a poor service I have never experienced before. They just somehow try to give back your car without maintaining quality. Please have a second thought before choosing this workshop..

I had booked for Road Trip Inspection & Top Wash from Go Mechanic. I was assigned to this workshop. Highly unprofessional work. Here’s what I faced : 1. NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT & BALANCING SETUP :  I had booked a 9 AM to 10 AM slot, but I arrived at the workshop at 10:10 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to take my car to a nearby JK Tyre dealership for balancing and alignment, as the workshop didn’t have the necessary setup for it. When I got to the dealership, I had to queue up with other vehicles, as they were also serving their own customers. As a result, I had to wait over 2.5 hours before my car was attended to for alignment. Essentially, no work was done on my car until 12:30 PM. 2. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL : My vehicle has white interiors, but the service center failed to place protective sheets on the seats before working on it. As a result, the front seats and trims became dirty and stained. To make matters worse, they didn’t bother cleaning the marks before handing the car back. When I asked about it, one technician casually responded, “Not our fault, Go Mechanic didn’t send us the sheets." 3. POOR INSPECTION :  The inspection, which was the primary task, was conducted on the road outside the workshop instead of placing the vehicle on a proper bay. After washing my vehicle, it was taken outside for inspection, which was carried out hastily. There was no inspection for fuel leakage, and it was evident that the “50-point checklist” was not followed during the process.

If GoMechanic assigns you this workshop, you must, absolutely must read this: Absolutely disgusting and third class place full of cheats and scammers. I had booked front bumper denting and painting for my Honda City 2021 model through GoMechanic and I was assigned this workshop. I initially went through the reviews and they were mixed so I was sceptical but since I booked through GoMechanic, I trusted them and still went ahead. Let me point out that I had asked my GoMechanic Service advisor Mr. Sourav Das atleast 4 times whether this workshop has a temperature and humidity regulated paint booth, and he assured me that its present. I had sent my car on 14.6.25 and was promised by the service advisor of Fastech Mr. Kaushik that I will positively receive my car back the next day, on 15.6.25. I received a call on 15.5.25 morning from Mr.Sourav das that my car was ready and he asked me to clear the payment online. I refused, since I wanted to pay in cash, which is an acceptable mode of payment in GoMechanic. He told me that the gate pass couldn’t be created until and unless I cleared the payment. So I decided to visit the workshop myself. And that’s how the worst experience of my life started. I was not provided a cash receipt even after payment and they refused to hand me my car keys until the payment was made. After completing the payment, this was what I found (see videos). I also discovered that the paint on the left side had some patches. When I confronted the, regarding the finishing quality, they flatly refused to do anything since they have ‘matched the colour’ as per their statement. After several episodes of heated arguments, they sent me to their bodyshop about 1km away at my fuel expense, where a worker,more like a labourer, had the audacity to tell me why have I come there the paint colour is the same. Please see the video of their bodyshop where Gomechanic claimed that this workshop had a paint booth . The said labourer offered to apply some wax to the bumper by hand to which I refused and got infuriated. Then suddenly two people arrived on a bike, Mr.Jayanta and Mr.Tuhin Mukherjee, the latter who claimed to be a GoMechanic representative. After multiple rounds of heated arguments, I was taken to am empty lot by the side of Jessore Road where they seem to have outsourced the job to some other roadside mechanic, to which I refused. Mr.Jayanta and Mr. Tuhin had asked me to keep the car for one more day to correct the finishing to which I refused, since my job card was closed and payment was completed. I demanded them to provide any solution within 2 hours, to which they refused, shouted at me and then abandoned me there by the side of the highway. I then drove back to the workshop and called up Mr.Sourav das, my Gomechanic service advisor, and upon informing everything to him, he connected me to the Kolkata Zonal manager and subsequently to the West Bengal Manager of GoMechanic. They assured me (on 15.6.25, approx 4pm) over call that they will blacklist Fastech and file warranty for my paintjob and get my bumper repainted from another workshop. Its been almost 24 hours now and I haven’t received any confirmation mail from GoMechanic yet. From 1pm to 5pm, I was abused, misbehaved with and harassed by the side of the road, especially by Mr.Tuhin Mukherjee. He is an absolute low-life with no basic decency. That’s my story, sharing with everyone, and warning everyone : DO NOT VISIT HERE. ITS A FRAUD WORKSHOP.
