Too worst experience for me i asked the spare for my thunderbird 350x they gave me that part but it’s not suitable for my bike . I ask to return the parts they speaking rudely. Bug that not my mistake they only suggest that parts but it’s not suitable for bike. They speaking rudely bad and they said you don’t know about spares don’t come and buy the spares it’s not my mistake they only suggest that parts. Don’t use this shop very worst behaviour..

Yesterday, I purchased a Royal Enfield Classic side tools and air filter lock set from this shop. After purchasing, I went to a nearby mechanic. He already had a used key set, so I decided to return the one I bought. But today I went to shop didn’t ask for any refund — I simply requested to replace the key set with a chain lubrication oil. But the shop people refused and behaved very rudely. Their attitude completely changed compared to when I bought the product. There were two older men and one middle-aged man at the counter — none of them had basic customer handling sense. I’ve been purchasing from this shop for 2–3 years, and although I’ve faced small issues before, today’s experience was the worst.
