Very Poor maintenance for Outer and inner building. Maintenance support very bad. Security and Garden area is fine. Food shops and Groceries are good to have.

Urbtech Xaviers is incredibly convenient for professionals. It’s right in the heart of the tech hub, just minutes away from Advant Navis and Gulshan One29, making the work-life balance much easier with top-tier services nearby.

The society is quite peaceful. Not highly occupied. The only problem is that they don't have many shops inside the society. There is just one shop for grocery shopping but you can always go to neighboring society to buy day to day need products

Peaceful environment opposite to shiv nadar school consisting of different towers Marriott, pacific, lotus etc. number of shops are present within the boundaries of society either of grocery, pharmacy, saloons or some restaurants. Only a drawback it’s difficult to get metro because even the nearest metro station is about 3km far. Otherwise all good everything is available at doorstep.

Having good build quality. Favorite place for bachelors . Missing basic facilities like swimming pool, courts and club house.
